Dear Thomas and Priya,
Thank you for hosting an excellent kickoff meeting this morning. We're energized to begin the engagement and appreciate the clarity you provided on ClearPath's strategic priorities and operational structure.
As discussed, we will move into the following immediate work streams over the next two weeks:
**1. Data Requests (Due by September 19)**
- Historical audit reports (past 24 months)
- Current organization chart and team structures
- Compliance documentation templates and process maps
- System inventory and technology stack documentation
**2. Interview Scheduling (Week 2–4)**
Nora and Yuki will be reaching out to schedule interviews with key stakeholders. We anticipate 6–8 interviews covering executive leadership, operations, compliance, and technical teams.
**3. Observation Sessions (Weeks 3–5)**
We will conduct on-site observations of core processes. A detailed plan outlining specific areas, timing, and access requirements will follow by September 10.
**4. Initial Document Review**
We are beginning our review of materials provided at kickoff and will flag any clarifying questions early.
I will send a more detailed project timeline by end of week. Please let us know if there are any immediate blockers or scheduling constraints we should be aware of.
