Nora, Yuki,
I appreciate Nora flagging this directly. She's right to be concerned, and her resequencing proposal is sound.
I've reviewed Nora's detailed plan and I think it's the right approach. Here's my take:
**On the risk:** Yes, we're in a tighter spot than I'd ideally like to be at week 6. The audit data delay is real, and David Park's availability is a genuine constraint. However, it's not a crisis if we're smart about how we sequence and what we emphasize.
**On Nora's proposal:** It makes sense. The intake process findings are genuinely significant and well-supported. That should be our lead finding. The audit trail work is important but also more technically detailed—it's appropriate to let that get more time in weeks 8-9 once we have complete data. Risk synthesis can follow. This keeps the analysis integrity intact while protecting our timeline.
**What I'm proposing we do:**
1. **Present the resequencing to ClearPath this week.** Priya and Thomas need to understand that we're adjusting the delivery sequence (not the scope). They'll probably welcome this because it gets them findings faster.
2. **Recommend we scale back the reporting analysis depth** to buy time. We can still present data and recommendations crisply without spending weeks on polished reporting design. This is reasonable for a strategic consulting engagement anyway.
3. **Yuki: prioritize getting the audit trail data complete by early Nov.** Once we have that locked, the rest of the synthesis becomes much faster.
4. **Full team sync on Monday** to lock the adjusted timeline and confirm workload distribution.
I'm calm about this, but I appreciate Nora pushing early rather than trying to solve it in week 10. That's exactly the kind of proactive management we need.
Let's regroup on Monday.
Marcus
