A few notes below. **Week 1 (Sept 15-19):** • Sept 15-17: Compliance documentation workflow with Marco Fiore's team • Sept 18: Audit trail infrastructure overview (TBD with David Park) • Sept 19: Risk register review with Priya Anand **Week 2 (Sept 22-26):** • Sept 22-24: Deep dive on intake process bottlenecks • Sept 25-26: Interview key personnel (team leads + Priya on pain points) **Week 3 (Sept 29-Oct 3):** • Sept 29-30: Complete audit trail sampling methodology • Oct 1-2: System architecture session with David Park (pending confirmation) • Oct 3: Risk assessment synthesis **Week 4 (Oct 6-10):** • Oct 6-8: Follow-up interviews on documentation standards • Oct 9-10: Preliminary findings review with Marcus and Nora **Challenge flagged:** David Park is difficult to schedule. I've sent three meeting requests for the audit trail infrastructure overview and system architecture sessions. Priya indicated he's booked heavily most days, which is concerning since his input is critical for our timeline. I'm going to try scheduling his sessions earlier (ideally week 1) rather than waiting until week 3, but there may be constraints on his availability. If we can't get him locked in, it could push our audit analysis back by 1-2 weeks. I'll keep pushing on this. Otherwise, the rest of ClearPath's team is accommodating the schedule. Yuki
