Excellent timing on the question. I can confirm that we will have the final comprehensive report ready by December 1, which gives you solid time before your December 10 board meeting.
On the audit analysis side, we're running a bit behind schedule (some data compilation took longer than anticipated), but we've adjusted our workflow and remain confident in the December 1 target. The interim findings report will still be available in mid-November, so you'll have a preview before the board meeting if that's helpful.
Regarding a board presentation: I'm happy to do a brief Q&A with the board if that would be valuable. We can discuss logistics closer to the date, but my recommendation would be to have Priya and team present the core findings internally first, then we can support with any technical questions the board might have.
I'll send a more detailed timeline with deliverable dates this week.
