Hi Marcus,
I have a scope question that came up in conversation with Thomas. He feels strongly that the review should include an assessment of our Milan satellite office operations. I understand this is a late addition and falls outside the original SOW, but he wants to ensure we have a complete operational picture.
The Milan office is small (8 people, mostly administrative roles) and handles light compliance work, but Thomas sees it as part of the overall operational footprint we should understand.
I know we're well into the analysis phase, but wanted to flag this directly rather than have it come as a surprise. What would it take to incorporate Milan into the engagement?
